Five choices. One real workout.
Here's what each setting in the generator actually does, who Swim Workout Club is built for, and the training principles behind every set.
What each setting actually changes.
No hidden logic — every workout is built directly from these five inputs.
Duration
How long you have in the water, from a tight 30 minutes to a full 2-hour session. The warm-up, main set, and cool-down are all sized to fit inside it — nothing gets cut short.
Pool Length
25 Yards, 25 Meters, or 50 Meters. Every rep in the workout is built for that pool from the ground up, not just relabeled — so the distances and intervals always make sense on the wall you're actually swimming in.
Level
From Just Getting Started to Elite/Masters. This sets the overall yardage, the pace expectations, and how much drill and technique work is built in.
Effort
How hard you want today's swim to be — recovery, aerobic, or race-pace and beyond. Same level, same duration, very different workout depending on what you pick here.
Equipment
Tell it what you've got — fins, paddles, pull buoy, snorkel, or none of it. The generator only writes sets you can actually swim with what's on deck.
That's it
Five inputs, one generation. No account needed to try it — jump into the generator and see a real workout in seconds.
Whoever you are at the wall, we've got your set.
