Privacy Policy

The short version

Swim Workout Club does not require an account. We do not sell your data. In the free tier, we collect very little — and what we do collect is standard for any website running analytics and ads.

What we collect

When you use the free workout generator, we collect:

• Anonymous usage data via Google Analytics — pages visited, session duration, general location (country/region). No names, no emails, no personal identifiers.
• A generation counter stored in your browser's localStorage — this is how we track your daily free tier limit (10 workouts/day). It never leaves your device.
• Ad serving data via Google AdSense — standard ad targeting based on browsing context. Governed by Google's own privacy policy.

What we do not collect

• Your name, email, or any personal information (free tier requires no account)
• The specific workout inputs you submit (duration, level, effort, equipment)
• Payment or financial information
• Your IP address in any stored form

Cookies

Google Analytics and Google AdSense use cookies to function. These are standard third-party cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics — site usage analytics
• Google AdSense — advertising on free tier
• Anthropic Claude API — AI workout generation (inputs are not stored by us; see Anthropic's privacy policy)

Changes to this policy

As Swim Workout Club grows and adds paid membership features (Phase 2), this policy will be updated to reflect any new data practices. We'll note the update date at the top of this page.
