Swim Workout Club was built by Darryl — a competitive swimmer with 30+ years in the water, currently swimming with a masters team in the San Francisco Bay Area.
After years of searching for a simple, no-nonsense way to get a structured workout on days without a coach, Darryl built it himself. The idea is simple: tell us four things about your session today, and we'll give you a complete, coach-quality workout — drills, kick sets, main set, and all.
The philosophy
Most swim tools focus on going faster. We focus on swimming more efficiently. Efficiency is inclusive — it helps beginners feel better in the water and helps elite swimmers shave seconds off their splits. Speed follows efficiency, not the other way around.
Every workout we generate includes drill work and kick sets. Not because they're optional — because they're the whole point. Pure lap swimming makes you tired. Purposeful lap swimming makes you better.
